Daxon Mirell is the founder of MeetingForResults, and he’s spent the last 12 years in the trenches of corporate boardrooms, nonprofit strategy sessions, and startup stand-ups. A certified facilitator and organizational coach, Daxon created this space after seeing too many good ideas die in bad meetings.

With a background in organizational psychology and a deep interest in human behavior, Daxon helps teams communicate better, align faster, and work more intentionally.

He’s not interested in buzzwords—only what gets real results. When he’s not helping teams rethink their meeting culture, Daxon is reading spy novels, running logistics for local workshops, or unplugging with his dog on a weekend hike.
